Shipping policy

This page explains how we ship orders, what delivery timeframes to expect, which areas we can and cannot ship to, and what to do if something goes wrong. All timeframes listed are in business days, meaning Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses
  • International destinations outside the United States

These locations are outside our current carrier network. Standard ground shipping does not extend to these areas at timeframes we can reliably commit to. We are a small team and we would rather be honest about what we can deliver than make a promise we cannot keep. If our shipping coverage expands, we will update this page.

Shipping Costs

We ship to the contiguous United States only. Shipping costs are as follows:

  • Orders of $99.00 or more: Free standard shipping
  • Orders under $99.00: Flat rate of $10.00

The shipping cost for your order is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. There are no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

We currently offer standard ground shipping only. We do not offer expedited or overnight delivery at this time. If we add faster shipping options in the future, we will update this page with pricing and estimated timeframes.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days only, after payment has been successfully confirmed.

  • Standard processing time: 1 to 3 business days
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day are typically processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM Mountain Time, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing the next business day

During peak periods such as major holidays, processing may take an additional 1 to 2 business days. We will note this on the site when we anticipate delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear in the carrier system after the label is created.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped, not when the order is placed. The full estimated timeline from order placement to delivery is:

  • Processing time: 1 to 3 business days
  • Shipping transit time: 5 to 7 business days
  • Estimated total time from order to delivery: 6 to 10 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays caused by weather, high shipping volume, or regional disruptions can occasionally extend these timeframes. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.


Fulfillment Origin

Orders are fulfilled through fulfillment partners located within the United States. All shipments enter the carrier network from domestic facilities. Your order is not subject to customs clearance, import delays, or international handling fees.


Customs and Import Duties

Because all orders ship domestically within the United States, no customs duties, import taxes, or international clearance fees apply. We do not ship outside the United States, so cross-border charges do not apply to any order placed on this site.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ilovecarlins.com. To help us process your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the outer shipping packaging

Once damage is confirmed, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. We cover return shipping for damaged items. Claims submitted without supporting photos may not be eligible for review.


Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check around your delivery location and with neighbors, as packages are sometimes left in a secondary spot
  • Wait 1 additional business day, as some deliveries are scanned before they physically arrive
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation using the tracking number from your confirmation email
  • Email us at support@ilovecarlins.com with your order number and the carrier case reference number

We will work with the carrier to confirm the final shipment status before approving a replacement or refund.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Orders are processed quickly and address changes may not be possible after checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional reshipping charges may apply.
