Payment Method

This page explains how to pay for your order, what to expect at checkout, and how your payment information is handled. If you have questions not covered here, email us at support@ilovecarlins.com. We respond within 1 business day, Monday through Friday.


Accepted Payment Method

We currently accept PayPal as our payment method. PayPal is a secure, widely used payment platform that does not require you to share your card details directly with our store.

At checkout, you have two options:

  • Pay with your PayPal account — use your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or saved card
  • Pay as a guest — no PayPal account needed; pay with a debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through PayPal's guest checkout

We currently accept PayPal only. We do not accept direct credit card payments, checks, money orders, or bank transfers at this time. If we add payment options in the future, we will update this page.


Pricing and Fees

  • Product price: What you see on the product page is what you pay. No hidden fees or handling charges are added at checkout.
  • Shipping: Free on orders of $99.00 or more to the contiguous United States. Orders under $99.00 are charged a flat shipping fee of $10.00.
  • Sales tax: Applied where required by law, calculated based on your shipping address at checkout.
  • Currency: All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).

If your PayPal account uses a non-USD currency, PayPal applies their standard exchange rate at the time of payment. We do not control this rate.


Payment Security

Payments are processed securely through PayPal using SSL encryption. We do not store your card number, bank account details, or PayPal password. All pages where personal or payment information is entered are protected by SSL — you will see "https" in your browser address bar.


What You Need to Complete a Purchase

  • A valid shipping address in the contiguous United States
  • An email address for order confirmation and shipping updates
  • Payment via PayPal account or PayPal guest checkout

Guest checkout is fully supported. Double-check your shipping address and email before confirming your order — changes may not be possible after checkout.


Order Confirmation

After payment is completed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number, items purchased, shipping address, and total charged
  • PayPal will also send a separate payment confirmation to the email associated with your PayPal account or guest checkout
  • If you do not see your confirmation email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or email us at support@ilovecarlins.com with the name and email used at checkout

Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you need to change or cancel an order, email us at support@ilovecarlins.com within 24 hours of placing the order on a business day. Include your order number and the change you are requesting.

Once an order has shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible. You may return the item after delivery under our 30-day return policy.


Discount Codes

If you have a discount code, apply it at checkout before completing payment. We do not apply retroactive discounts or offer price matching after an order has been placed.


Out of Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original PayPal payment. We do not substitute products without your approval.


Receipts and Invoices

Your order confirmation email serves as your receipt. If you need a formal invoice, email us at support@ilovecarlins.com with your order number and we will provide one within 1 business day.
