How to Track Your Order
Tracking is straightforward once your order has shipped:
- Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from Ilovecarlins
- Find your tracking number in that email
- Visit 17track.net and enter your tracking number to see real-time delivery updates
If you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. Shipping confirmation emails occasionally get filtered.

17TRACK is a free international package tracking platform that supports hundreds of carriers worldwide. You do not need to create an account. Enter your tracking number and it will show the full delivery status of your package.

What to Expect After You Place Your Order
Days 1 to 3 — Order Processing
Your order is confirmed, packed, and handed off to the carrier by our warehouse team. Once shipped, your tracking number is uploaded and your confirmation email is sent. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear on 17TRACK after the number is issued. This is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
Days 4 to 10 — In Transit
Your package is on its way. Check 17TRACK for status updates as it moves through carrier facilities. Estimated transit time is 5 to 7 business days after shipment. Total estimated time from order placement to delivery is 6 to 10 business days.
Delivered
You will see a Delivered status update once the carrier marks the package as delivered. We recommend checking your front door, mailbox, side door, and with neighbors if you are not home at the time.
I Never Received a Tracking Email
A few things to check first:
- Look in your spam or junk folder
- Make sure the email address on your order is correct
- Allow up to 3 business days from your order date for processing and shipping to complete
If it has been more than 3 business days and you still have not received a tracking email, contact us at support@ilovecarlins.com with your order number and we will look into it and resend your tracking information.
My Tracking Has Not Updated in Several Days
Tracking can go quiet during transit, especially over weekends, holidays, or during high-volume shipping periods. A gap in updates does not always mean something is wrong.
If your tracking on 17TRACK has not updated in more than 5 business days, email us at support@ilovecarlins.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
My Tracking Says Delivered But I Have Not Received My Package
This happens occasionally. Before contacting us, please take the following steps:
- Check around your delivery area including your front porch, side door, mailbox, and with a building manager if applicable
- Ask neighbors if they may have received it by mistake
- Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes update tracking status slightly ahead of the physical delivery
If you still cannot locate your package after 24 hours:
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open an official investigation
- Email us at support@ilovecarlins.com with your order number and the carrier case reference number
We require carrier confirmation before we can issue a replacement or refund for packages reported as lost after a Delivered scan.
Order Processing and Delivery Time Summary
All times are in business days, meaning Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Order processing: 1 to 3 business days
- Shipping transit: 5 to 7 business days after your order ships
- Total estimated delivery: 6 to 10 business days from order placement
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Mountain Time, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing the next business day.
